山特电子(深圳)有限公司针对UPS行业特殊应用需求,特别推出了城堡C12-P系列阀控密封式长寿命铅酸蓄电池。城堡C12-P系列电池产品采用独特的设计和制造工艺,提升了电池在长期浮充应用下的设计和使用寿命。与同等容量电池对比,山特城堡C12-P系列电池可以提供更长的使用和质保年限,降低了整个电源系统中后备电池的更换频率和成本,产品更可靠,使用更安心。

产品特点
长寿命长质保设计
优化电池极板合金材质配比,高密度耐腐蚀板珊筋条设计,另外兼顾功率与寿命的酸比重设计,电池设计浮充寿命长达12年以上;
优化的氧循环通路设计以及合理的安全阀开闭阀压设置,电池在充电过程中产生的氧气能够及时有效的复合,克服了阀控电池失水问题,更好的保障了电池使用寿命。
容量足,倍率放电好
采用计算机辅助的高功率极板结构设计,并辅以合适的隔板,工艺设计,确保电池容量和功率特性。
安全性高
全系列电池均采用符合UL94-V0要求的ABS阻燃壳盖,最大限度的为客户降低了发生严重风险时的影响。
自放电率低
高纯度的原材料,保证电池在25℃室温下,静置28天,电池的自放电率≤3%,高于行业标准要求。
良好的电池一致性
采用自动化生产工艺,严格的质量控制体系,极板和电池一致性高,适用于多只串并联的浮充备用场景。
安装方便
全系列电池均采用嵌入式端子设计,电池安装更方便,侧重与UPS的兼容匹配性及系统成本优化,实现更高的系统可靠性。
环境友好
在性能提升的同时,节约物料,降低生产能耗,较传统技术对环境更友好。

UPS选型配置方法
UPS电池选型配置方法包括安时容量法、恒功率法、速算法、阶梯累加法等。考虑到UPS多数应用工况,恒功率算法在成本控制、性能满足上能够实现合理的配置,故而多数情况下我们推荐采用恒功率算法。对于客户指定或特殊应用场合的算法,请咨询山特服务人员。

使用与维护
使用环境
• 电池适用于长期浮充的UPS后备电源,频繁充放电循环会缩短电池使用寿命。
• 必须安装在有空调的室内,附近无明火、火花、热源等。避开阳光直射、潮湿、可能浸水及完全密闭场所。
• 电池安装后间距保持在10~20mm;电池柜之间和电池柜与设备、墙壁间距保持150mm以上。多层安装时层间温度差控制在3℃以内。
补充电
在运输和储存过程中,由于自放电,电池会损失部分容量。使用前请测量开路电压,当电压≤12.6V /只时,请补充电。如果使用过程中暂时停放不用,也请定期进行补充电。电池储存温度及补充电的时间间隔如下:

放电终止电压
不同放电电流下的终止电压请参照下表所示,注意不要使蓄电池端电压降至以上规定值以下。放电后不要存放,请立即补充电。

蓄电池的更换
蓄电池属于消耗品,有一定的寿命周期。综合考虑使用条件、环境温度等因素的影响,在到达蓄电池的设计使用寿命之前,通过日常维护时的核对性放电试验或容量试验,发现其容量不能满足使用要求时,就应该考虑更换,充分保证电源系统安全、可靠、正常运行。
